Course Description

Conflicts are common in human relations, which may be the result of: misunderstandings, different spiritual or cultural values​​, conflicting interests, different perspectives of their own and others' interests, unmet needs or for example: inability of expression of own feelings and opinions. Conflicts exist in relations with our closest in everyday life, but also within / between groups and communities. Conflict prevention can be achieved by developing ways for dealing with conflict in a constructive, non-violent manner whereby developing understanding, creates confidence. Establishing communication, creates conditions for beginning the process that leads to redefining our own needs and interests in relation to the other side in the conflict.
