Course Description

The focus of this module is about the decision of a dispute between one or more parties by private judges appointed by or on behalf of the parties in a formalized procedure that ends with an enforceable decision by the tribunal. The module covers the basics of international commercial arbitration which is an alternative dispute resolution of international trade as an efficient means of conflict avoidance.
