Course Description

This course is designed to give an introduction to new Flight Operations Inspectors or other personnel wishing to understand the role of FOI.The course covers the issue of an Air Operators Certificate and procedures for continued safety oversight of Air Transport Organisations including ramp, flight and facilities inspections.The FOI will be given examples of oversight techniques, auditing procedures and the design and implementation of Quality Systems and Safety Management Systems.
