Course Description

The program is designed to enhance the competencies of health officials to manage programs, multiple hospital projects and centralized equipment procurement at various levels of the health care systems. This course introduces the fundamental elements of health planning, equipment procurement, monitoring and evaluation of hospital programs in the public and private sectors.

Customized topics and workshops are added for this program according to the level of HCPs experience and background.

Minimum number of participant is 20. 

Course Objectives

  • Learn the basic concepts of planning, monitoring and evaluation
  • To use the logical framework in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of health projects
  • To develop indicators for successful implementation of activities and achievement of outcomes
  • Develop appropriate indicators and assumptions for their project proposal framework.
