Course Description

Transformational leadership is about influencing others to get results, overseeing dramatic change inside and outside organizations, and building bench strength. Change management is concerned with managing organizational change in a people oriented manner. This 4 day course combines change theory, techniques and strategies with up-to-date and proven practical methods. Participants will learn to design frameworks for long-term change and how to realize quick breakthroughs.

Day 3

  • Transition Management: management behavior that works for different stages of transition
  • Transition Methods: tools for monitoring, reporting and directing change
  • Team dynamics: how to use individual talent and passion in future team performance
  • Acceptance plan: involve stakeholders in implementation of the new way of working

Day 4

  •  Coaching skills: skills for change agents to help stakeholders implement change roll out
  • Presenting your own change project plan and acquiring buy-in
  • Summary and coherence of all concepts
