Course Description

This course represents a source of good-practice in service management based on the international IT service framework, ITIL. ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is used by organizations world-wide, to establish an IT services framework that instills clear processes in order to continuously improve the outcomes of IT service provision.
