Course Description
Many organization have implemented performance measurement systems but have not benefited from the expected improvement that performance measurement can bring. This course provides the opportunity to re-visit and overhaul the measurement systems in your department or organization. The course provides a link between Mission and Action by working through success factors and performance measures. It differentiates between key performance indicators (KPIs), performance indicators, and different types of result indicator explaining to whom and how each should be reported and used. It also focuses on how to implement a successful Performance Measurement System, including Dashboards and Scorecards.
