MLC 164 - Workshop on Leadership in VUCA World for Operational Excellence (3 Days)

 

Course Description

Portfolios, programs, projects, products, and operations need to be aligned with the organization’s strategy. On the other hand, growing complexity and uncertainty in the rapidly changing business world are challenging organizations to establish this alignment. This program discusses those challenges and explores the emerging opportunities for C-Level Executives by sharing new tools and approaches such as Evidence-Based Management (EBM), VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), and Agility.

Course Delivery Methodology:

The program is executed by subject matter experts who have long years of field experience in people, change, and Project Management (PM). The program aims to create a collaborative environment among executives of business world with those subject matter experts to discuss the challenges of the VUCA world and explore the opportunities served by evolving project, portfolio, and change management concepts.
