Course Description
Portfolios, programs, projects, products, and operations need to be aligned with the organization’s strategy. On the other hand, growing complexity and uncertainty in the rapidly changing business world are challenging organizations to establish this alignment. This program discusses those challenges and explores the emerging opportunities for C-Level Executives by sharing new tools and approaches such as Evidence-Based Management (EBM), VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), and Agility.
