Course Description
This specialization is designed for professional engineers who are interested in advancing into leadership and management roles. Participants will develop awareness of their own strengths and weaknesses as a leader, and they will learn to leverage their strengths and control for your weaknesses when they are placed in charge of a team or project. They will also learn to manage relationships with their team members and colleagues through proven coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution techniques, and master goal-setting and planning methods designed to set them and their team up for success. Finally, they will learn how to set up a creative environment for their team, and how to motivate each team member to reach his or her potential.
