Course Description

The Adaptive Leadership for VUCA Challenges course is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead effectively in today's rapidly changing and unpredictable world. VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) challenges are becoming increasingly prevalent in all sectors, and leaders must be able to adapt and respond to these challenges in order to succeed.
