Course Description

 Communication is the constitutional right of people. This right is valid in the international arena and is protected by various legal regulations by the states. Postal services are carried out within the framework of the determined laws and regulations. On the other hand, the undeniably increasing e-commerce increases the postal traffic around the world and in the country. For this reason, it is necessary to predict the future of the market for the postal service and to turn to regulatory applications. This course will provide information on how the legal regulations on postal services carried out by Post Services , which is responsible for postal services, are prepared and updated, how new services (e-commerce) are developed and which legal regulations are supported.
