Course Description

The course provides a thorough understanding of the basic principles of corrosion phenomenon, identifying its impact, measure its severity, exploring the means of active protection methods accompanied with case studies from industry. At the end of the course, the trainee shall be able to deal with the corrosion problem and propose the appropriate cure to retard its negative impact by adopting the right scientific methodologies and preventive strategies.
