Course Description
Communication is a constitutional right of the people. This right is recognized in the international arena and is protected by various legal regulations enacted by states. Postal services are provided within the framework of established laws and regulations. On the other hand, the undeniably increasing e-commerce boosts postal traffic both globally and domestically. For this reason, it is necessary to anticipate the future of the postal service market and implement appropriate regulatory measures. This course will provide information on how the legal regulations governing postal services, carried out by postal authorities responsible for these services, are developed and updated, how new services (such as e-commerce) are created, and which legal regulations support them.
