Course Description
Basic concepts of soil, water, plants, their interactions, as well as irrigation systems and remote sensing techniques, planning and management will be covered in these three sections of the course, as these are vital information in agriculture world. The course will also include field visits of which the intensity will differ depending upon participants. By the end of the course, participants will develop analytical skills relevant to the areas of soil, plants, their interactions, particularly the design of pressure irrigation system projects, which are sprinkler and drip irrigation systems.
