Course Description

The first few hours after an emergency are critical. Failure to act quickly or manage a company response can lead to confusion, panic, and long-term consequences. Developing an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) gives personnel an idea of what information needs to be gathered and who needs to be contacted to avoid severe damage and losses. This course provides a reference for the needed preparations air carriers with checklists of actions that should be built into an ERP.
