Course Description
Since its introduction in the early 1990s, crew resource management (CRM) has been viewed as a major contributor to the reduction in airline accidents and incidents. The main purpose of this course is to bring new, fresh angles to known Crew Resource Management topics. it covers a scientifically robust basis of CRM training, and studies examples and case studies of human factor related aviation incidents and accidents.
