Course Description

Collective bargaining is the course of negotiating the relationship between a group of employees (usually represented by their trade unions) and an employer in order to organize the relationship between these parties. It is an important step and serves as the basis of solving disputes and conflicts. In this course, participants will be able to introduce civil rights into industry to avoid arbitrary decisions.   They will be able to formulate healthy environment rules, restrictions and rights are clearly defined.
