Course Description
Organization and Workforce planning involves making sure that the organisation has the right skills and tools to meet its current and future needs in the best way. This might include identifying how many highly qualified employees are needed in any department for some period of time. It is also possible to identify whether the company needs to recruit additional specialist employees from outside the organisation or train those already employed. This allows for business process orchestration and performance optimization, ultimately guaranteeing improved operational efficiency and reduced cost. This course gives participants the practice, tools, templates and techniques to master these planning skills
