Course Description

This course is designed for providing participants with an understanding of job analysis and job evaluation. Participants will be considering how jobs are analysed and how job evaluation can be applied to the design, development and implementation of pay and grade structures. Participants will also be exploring how different compensation systems can be applied to pay and grading structures along with broader issues of employee motivation.

  • Undertaking and applying a variety of techniques to analyse and evaluate specific jobs
