Course Description
Instructional systems design (ISD) is based on premise that learning and training shouldn’t occur in a haphazard manner, but should be developed in accordance with orderly processses and have outcomes that can be measured. The idea of instructional design (ID) is presented and its philosophical and theoretical foundations is provided. This course deals with making instructional desicions for researchers and practitioners to develp training for the different areas. It can be used in a variaty of settings, from banking industry to schools and hospitals. It also includes analyzing tasks, writing objectives, developing delivery systems, evaluating ID decisions as well as analyzing problems, managing project team, planing instructional strategies and implementing instruction.
