Course Description
Project governance focuses on making sure the project management systems are effectively supporting the government’s mandate and strategies, project governance refers to the decision-making structures, checkpoints, roles and associated responsibilities that direct the oversight of projects in government. The right projects are initiated at the right time, while the risks to a project and to the organization are actively minimized.
This workshop program is designed for public service employees who are interested in the creation and implementation of public policy. Participants will learn what governments, why they do it and how they do what they do to prepare public policies.
