Course Description

Program management is the process of managing several related projects often with the intention of improving the organization’s performance. The program manager has overview of the purpose and status of the projects in a program and can use this information to support project-level activity, to ensuring the program goals are met through proper decision-making. Our comprehensive workshop covers the Project Management process from beginning to end, honing skills in the six prime focus areas: Governance, Prioritization, Escalation, Resource Management, Benefits Realization, and Stakeholder Management.
