Course Description

The Course designed to provide in depth knowledge about the ATS Message handling System (AMHS) used in the Aeronautical Fixed network, and to enable successful AMHS Implementation and Operation in a COM center. Also, the course focuses on the AFTN/AMHS Gateway operation during the transition period.

Course Objectives

  • Explaining the AMHS Architecture, functional components and protocols
  • Constructing AMHS Addressee using different addressing scheme
