Course Description

Ground-penetrating radar (GPR) has its applications in various fields such as archeology, construction, environmental and even industry. This course covers the basics of this useful technology, and introduces participants to the way of using it in their area of expertise.  Ground-penetrating radar uses a variety of technologies to generate the radar signal: these are impulse, stepped frequency, frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW), and noise.
