Course Description

This course will help participants to understand the SMS structure and elements, the relevance of risk management in relation to SMS and learn how to prioritize and mitigate risks, evaluate risk effectiveness and to develop skills in detecting, controlling and preventing errors in organizations.

It also covers the topics of contract management techniques which is composed three stages of contracting; negotiating the “deal”, and documenting that deal in a robust. 

Finally, it discusses  Process Safety Management (LOPA & SIL) which addresses several methods that can be used for this purpose.
