Course Description

This is a customized program for Ashghal technical staff members (fresh engineers) to be conducted in Istanbul in colloaboration with relevant authorities and administrations. 

Public buildings have, and continue to be, a vital part of the vitality of a city, which are designed to serve the public and be the host or witness of important events of the country. In this course, participants will understand the important role that public buildings play which have an effect on some of the attributes that features their design. They will be introduced to project management principle while running different kinds of public building projects. 

The program will be interactive involving activities, site visits and workshops by instructors who have long experience in the field. Participants in this program will have the opportunity get an overview of the field. Topics will be covered at high level and rather than in depth. Tentative course structure is given below, but based on further input by Ashghal, topics are subject to change.
