Course Description

 As a result of Covid-19 Pandemic and volatility in market conditions, government finance in developing countries will be in even shorter supply. In a bid to diversify the project financing, many governments may introduce Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). In such circumstances, many countries (especially Emerging Market and Developing Economy countries) need to rely on private resources as a way to accelerate infrastructure development.
