Course Description
Magnetotelluric (MT) method has been used for petroleum exploration MT worldwide, especially in reconnaissance stage of an exploration program and also in difficult areas due to topographic and structural complexity. With advances in instrumentation, processing and modelling, MT has become one of the most important tools in deep Earth research.
