Course Description

Drip irrigation is the most efficient method of irrigating because it saves the amount of water used. It works by applying water slowly, directly to the soil. Plus, compared to conventional sprinkler systems, drip irrigation systems are simple to design, inexpensive, and easy to install. In this course, participants will start by an introduction to normal sprinklers irrigation system. Afterwards, the course will cover in details the drip irrigation system.

Course Objectives

  • Understanding the differences between drip and sprinklers irrigation systems
  • Examining the components of those systems
  • Understanding the process of installation and troubleshooting
  • Understanding dynamic water pressure
