Course Description

It is very likely that we have sometimes when we need to work on more than one project at a time. While our brains can be multitasking, this comes with a negative effect on productivity. Moreover, keeping track of all the moving pieces can get complicated, and, if poorly managed, can result in a huge workload overall team who may lose temper, and will not be able to maintain a tranquil.In such of this situations the team needs a manager who is able to create a motivating atmosphere, listens to his employees and takes the right decision at the right time.In this course, participants will learn how to effectively manage the coming projects, giving each of them the time they really need till completion.The strategies taught in this course will let participants deeply get into analyzing their personal Emotional Intelligence level, and explaining how to powerfully use it in leading the company to success and getting more done in less time and less disputes.
