Course Description
The old saying, “A job is not complete until the paperwork is finished,” is partially correct. Documentation is necessary in today’s world. Writing a technical report properly and professionally is not an easy task. Sometimes a short and concise report can have a greater impact to help reader understand the situation.In this course, we will train Participants to analyze inspection findings ,to make inspection report useful and useable,prepare report in a clear style and present inspection findings to other effectively.

- Demonstrate the characteristics of technical and business writing
- Demonstrate the stages of the writing process (prewrite/draft/revise/edit) and apply them to Inspection reporting
- Produce documents related to technology and writing in the workplace and will have improved their ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately
- Organize technical information more clearly and more effectively
- Consolidate facts and opinions in inspection reports so they are relevant, faster to read and easier to understand
- Assess the impact and priority of anomalies and identify root causes
