PAM 502 - Broadcasting Management In Crises
Course Description
Things will always go wrong – what’s important is how you deal with them.That’s especially true when it comes to explaining yourself in the media. Our crisis management training will help you prepare for the worst so that if things do go wrong, you know what to do and how to tell the world what you are doing. We’ll help you create a crisis management plan and prepare key messages which have to be communicated, whatever the demands of a developing situation. Importantly, we’ll help you rehearse delivering them in a range of demanding media scenarios, analyse how well you performed and advise on how it could have been done better. We’ll work with you to examine the things that could go wrong, advise on how the media might react and what questions they might ask, and help you refine your key messages with a simple yet effective formula.
