Course Description

This course aims to make participants be able to recognize cardiac arrest, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.

Bystander-initiated cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is critical to ensuring successful resuscitation in out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. The bystander CPR rate is still relatively low and is a major obstacle to improving the survival rate for cases of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. According to statistics, a lack of CPR knowledge, anxiety regarding an adverse CPR outcome, and reluctance to perform mouth-to-mouth breathing are major factors of the low bystander CPR rate. Therefore, this course has been made to provide basic life support (BLS) education.

Course Objectives

  • Emphasizes the critical importance of high-quality CPR
  • Provides engaging technological content with artificial intelligence
  • Perform high quality CPR for adults
  • The use of an automated external defibrillators
