Course Description
ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager training enables participants to gain the knowledge they need in order to successfully lead their teams to identify, understand and manage a risk process based on ISO 31000. In this course, participants will also explore the practices used to implement a Risk Management framework. By the end of this course, they will be able to design, implement, monitor, review and continually improve a Risk Management process in an organization.
