Course Description
This course covers the elements of ISO 50001 Energy Management System and provides guidance on how to implement the standard. It will enable practitioners to build the necessary systems and processes to improve energy efficiency. This helps to reduce consumption and associated costs as well as improving overall energy performance in organization’s operations. Interactive activities are provided such as how to determine the scope and boundaries as well as assessing resources needed. Also other activities, such as roles and responsibilities, how to set energy policies, and evaluating methods.
