Course Description
In the global maritime distress and safety system course students will acquire knowledge and skill in the proper use of GMDSS communications systems and other GMDSS equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting, how to deal with receivers, transmitters and control devices and to identify the most important methods used in preventive maintenance.
