Course Description

Nowadays with the development of wireless network, high speed internet connections are very popular. At the beginning of GPRS services, data rates were very low and mobile internet usage were not able to be alternative to other internet access services. But nowadays, with the 3G and LTE development, around 150 Mbps speed rates become real. So, many people started to use internet from their mobile devices. Because the speed is enough to race with other technologies and they can use it when mobile. On the other hand, within the development of smart phones, people start to use packet services too much when compared to other services like voice call, sms, mms and video call. This makes all mobile network operators to make a big investment on PS Core Network. SMS service usage has been too low after smart phone applications like whatsapp, wechat etc. Also voice call income is reduced with a lot of VOIP applications. Especially in LTE network, the biggest part of the topology is EPC. As a result, because of all these reasons, all telecommunication engineers will be have to learn PS Core network day by day. This course will be a good advantage for basic knowledge of what is happening on core network part.
