LONG 541 - IT and Safety & Security Management (36 Weeks)

 

Course Description

 This special program is an opportunity for the participants to update their knowledge in three main topics:

Information Technology (IT) Fundamentals which covers several areas in the information technology (IT) industry. The syllabus is designed to cover key concepts of computing, their practical applications and usage in the workplace and society in general.

Management and Leadership which is  professionally essential for everyone. In this course, participants will learn to plan their workload into managable tasks, setting appropriate goals, developing interpersonal skills and optimizing the decision-making process.

Safety, Security and Risk Management gives a thorough understanding of how to manage safety and security within an organisation. It is designed for both experienced and non-experienced security managers. This part focuses on developments in security management and addresses some of the more complex issues of corporate security management.
