Course Description

This course has been designed to provide a detailed insight into the presentation and analysis of claims under the FIDIC Contracts (1999 and 2017 editions). The program has been designed to be highly practical and includes workshops and discussion sessions. 

The course provides a detailed examination of the FIDIC Suite of Contracts (Red, Yellow, and Silver books) to provide a full understanding of the circumstances under which the claims can be made, the procedures, and what may be claimed.  

This training course will utilize a variety of proven learning techniques to ensure maximum understanding, comprehension, and retention of the information presented. The training course is conducted online via an advanced virtual learning platform in the comfort of any location of the participant’s choice.
