Course Description

Every structure build has got a service life, and the service life is dependent on the construction practice, quality of workmanship and various other factors including materials etc.

A building or any structures will show signs of deterioration in early stages, and it is very expensive to repair any structure without knowledge of the type of damage caused.

Thus, any repair/rehabilitation works can be carried out if the nature of damage is known and there are many simple methods of predicting damage and detecting damage.

Even Visual Examination or “Naked Eye”, you can detect a damage, BUT you will need to take proper training for this.
