Course Description
If a system of periodic inspections and preventative maintenance is in place from the beginning, all properly designed and constructed track forms should last for decades without requiring significant reconstruction. The purpose of this chapter is to offer some recommendations for maintaining all track forms so that all participants has a basic understanding of the requirements. It offers standards and methods can can be put in place and directly applied to newly constructed as well as existing infrastructure.
