Course Description
Depending on the site on which the installation of a solar pump will take place, several considerations have to been taken into account. This includes the type of pump, size, the amount of water needed, weather and other issues. All of these factors will have direct effect on how much water can be stored for the consumers whoever they are. In this course, participants will learn how to implement and install solar pumping system, performing the most important calculations and making the right decisions for optimal use of their pumps.
Course Objectives
- Understanding the system of solar pumps
- Estimating the costs of installing pumps at a certain site
