Course Description
In the context of leadership roles and responsibilities in the field of recreation and park administration, this course examines issues related to the organization and administration of human resources, finances, areas and facilities, programs, risk management and liability. This is a problem-based learning course, including case study, problem solving, project applications and working with stakeholders.
