Course Description
The course covers the placement of the 9000 series within campus designs, as well as technical specifications of the platform. Participants are introduced to the IOS XE operating system, including extensions to the classical Cisco IOS, and licensing features of the 9000 series. Hands-on lab exercises mostly utilize the web browser UI as an alternative to the classic CLI. The course also offers an overview of device management via Cisco SDN and DNA. Access to telemetry and the data plane via standard APIs are also presented.
